Transportation to and from LAS
is provided by independent contractors. If any
transportation questions or problems arise,
parents/guardians should contact the contractor
directly. If their questions are not answered or
their concerns are not addressed, parents/guardians
should seek assistance from LAS.
Some LAS students are
transported to and from school by an independent
school bus company, Parvan, whose drivers are school
staff members. All Parvan drivers are
state-certified to drive school vehicles. Parvan
vehicles are also used to transport students to
events and activities during the school day and
after school.
Students are expected to
demonstrate appropriate behavior while in school
vehicles and while being transported to and from
school.
