TRANSITIONAL PLANNING

LAS provides transitional planning to students in preparation for their graduation from high school, assisting them with: scheduling college visits; SAT registration and preparation; referral to college special-needs offices to ensure continued services after high school; and referral to the Department of Vocational Rehabilitation for assistance with continuing their education and job training after high school.  The school’s guidance counselor coordinates transitional planning.
